We know how excited our customers are to receive their new crystal necklace, so all orders are packaged and shipped within 1 business day. Estimated delivery time and carrier varies by destination:

Shipping within the USA:

• Economy: 3-8 business days with tracking.
• Standard: 2-5 business days with tracking.
• 2 Day: 2 business days with tracking.

Shipping outside the USA:

• International Economy DDU: 14-30 business days with tracking, delivered duty unpaid.
  
• International Standard DDU: 6-10 business days with tracking, delivered duty unpaid.
  

We ship all orders from the USA using a network of carriers including FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, and more. The carrier used to ship each order depends on a variety of factors and unfortunately we are unable to advise customers which carrier will be used in advance.

Please note all international orders (outside the USA) may be subject to customs fees and inspection in the destination country which may result in a charge and/or delivery delay beyond our control. Please check with your local customs office before ordering to determine if there are any additional costs.

Shipping Timelines for the 2024 Holiday Season

For those of you who are purchasing our products as gifts, we are excited to get your order to you quickly and in advance of December 25!

In order to ensure that you receive your order by December 25, our shipping carriers are recommending that you place your order by the following dates depending on your location given increased shipping demands during this holiday season:

Shipping within the USA:

• Economy: Order by December 13 at 6am PST.
• Standard: Order by December 17 at 6am PST.
• 2 Day: Order by December 18 at 6am PST.

Shipping outside the USA:

• International Economy DDU: Order by November 15 at 6am PST.
• International Standard DDU: Order by December 6 at 6am PST.

Please note that these deadlines are estimates only, are not guaranteed, and you may receive your order before December 25 even if you order after these deadlines. However, we recommend placing your order well in advance of the dates above to ensure delivery by December 25. We will not be held liable for any orders that arrive after December 25.
